Last summer we lost our A/C on one of the hottest days of the summer, I called Kenny on a sunday afternoon, he came the next day and in another 48 hrs. we had a new unit, very fair price and I was impressed by his knowledge.

Several years ago someone recommended Kenny Kirkland to us and we have used him ever since to service our heating and air units.

Recently we had to replace the units and Kenny provided us with professional quotes with all the necessary information. He even provided web sites where we could check and verify the information for ourselves.

While we thought about it, Kenny was always available to answer all of our questions and concerns.

Once we agreed to go for it, Kenny and his team got straight on the job and finsihed as promised on schedule.

We are very happy with the results and believe it was well worth the investment.

Very good company!! If you are trying to find a good heating and ac company then look no further. Air-Man is one of the best experiences i've ever had with any company that i have dealt with. They provide quick and professional service, honest pricing, and are very knowledgeable about the job they do. I had a problem with my furnace and originally called a different company to come take a look at it. The first company came and told me that it would cost $700 to repair the problem and stated that I should probably get a new furnace. I wasn't satisfied with the answer so I looked on the Better Business Bureau website and found Air-Man which had an A+ rating. I called Air-Man and the owner came to my house the same day. He discovered that the problem was small and that I only needed to repair an $80 part to solve the problem. I can't stress enough how good this company is. There is no reason you should call any other company.

We’ve used Air Man for several years and have been extremely pleased with the service. Kenny has never failed to come when we call. We had to have both of our units replaced this past August. Kenny took time to research and recommend the best units for the price. He recommended the 16 SEER Units which qualified us for a $1500 tax credit.



Kenny has never tried to push us into buying anything we didn’t need. He is experienced and guarantees his work. We trust him completely and we highly recommend him.

When my old AC Units started giving me problems

(they were 18 years old) he suggested that I look at AMANA as well as my current brand for replacement Units.



I researched AMANA and was impressed with the Warrenty. I also decided that with my high Power Bills,

it made no sense to delay replacing my AC Units so I requested Quotes for three 2 ton AC Units, two being 16 SEER and one 13 SEER.



Of the four Company's requested, three submitted Quotes and based on Price and Warrenty, I selected

Air-Man.



The following week, Air-Man installed the new AC Units

in two days, while maintaining an operational AC Unit

on at least one floor during the installation process.

Our AC died in the middle of July. With so many AC companies, it is hard know who to trust. I happen to know Kenny from church and know he is a man of integrity. He quickly determined that my AC was not worth repairing. When it is nearly 100 degrees and your AC is down you have to make a decision fast. I trusted Kenny to recommend the best unit for the price and he came through. We got a new Amana unit with a 10 year warranty and improved our efficiency from a 12 to a 15 SEER. Best of all it came with a tax credit so we would get $1500 back.



This is what sets Air-Man a part. They were nearly finished with the install when I noticed the AC was sitting lower than the previous unit. This area of the yard tends to flood during a heavy rain storm. When I told Kenny, without hesitation, he agreed to raise the unit another several inches. This added another half day of work to the install because they had to rent a concrete saw and cut another section out of our foundation. I know this was a difficult install for them. It took nearly two full days. They did not complain or change the price. How many other companies will do that! He also noticed that the main breaker was sized wrong for the unit and ordered a replacement part and came back later to install it. Air-Man really does go the extra mile and does not take shortcuts.



Leaving you wife and kids alone with a contractor going in and out of your house for two days is not something you just want to leave to chance. I don't have to worry with Air-Man. Don't even thing about calling anyone else!

We have been using Air-Man Heating and Air Conditioning for several years, and would never switch to another company. We know that they care about us and our comfort. We have always had a maintenance agreement with them, and they have taken really good care of our systems, which were pretty old.



This year, we decided to replace them with more energy efficient machines. They recommended and installed Amana high efficiency systems, which come with a lifetime unit replacement, and qualified us for the federal tax credit. So, not only do we have quiet equipment, that is cooling our house better than it ever has been, especially in the hottest summer this year, but we are saving money on our utility bills.
