I purchashed your deep dish pizza many times in the past, Since the Newington store opened, I was so delighted to be able to shop there ! A few weeks ago I bought the pizzas,which were always good, and they were in edibleThe crust was a tangled mess and had numerous black pieces on the bottom,which were burnt chunks. At first I thought they were raisins or bugs !!!I did not throw them away or make a fuss,at that time,planned to give it a second try It was so hard, I could not bite it. The sauce was lacking ,also. I feel an inexperienced person made them !! I am now in the process of throwing them out. ''I feel very hesitant to buy them again ! The bagel maker was also having a problem with burning ?
