Worse than that, the driver took cash from me to drop the car when I caught him fraudulently towing it at 3am....then he left with my money...when i went to get the car the next day they told me they have the right to refuse service to anyone and to get out...I had to get they police to come at which point the cops told me the tow people are not admitting to receiving money and that they are not charging the standard fee of $159 ...because I got in the way of the tow and cost them time...the whole incident took no more than 20 minutes and they are charging me for 2 1/2 extra hours a total of $388! on top of the $97 cash the night before...I have reported them to every agency and filed civil suit!
