Terribly rude and unreliable

L & M towing was very fast to respond to my call when I ran out of gas on the 14freeway going home late at night. They were there in about 5min and towed me the nearest gas station which was just a few blocks away. The driver was so helpful and professional. Definetly call them if you need road side assistance!!

I was parked behind my garage where I live and was towed by this company. I thought I was totally taken advantage of until I checked a few things out around town. I first called the Sheriff and they advised me who had my car. They also said I need not worry as this company was the company they would recommed to tow cars from private property. I was worried because I had left my entire pay check in my car and i heard whorror stories about tow truck drivers and companys taking what they want from cars. When I went to pick up my car, I was suprised to find all my pay check there. I also found out that this company's impound fees were cheapier than any other company in town. They gave me a picture showing me it was a FIRELANE I was parked in and advised me who I could contact if I felt I was wrongfully towed. I now know that not all tow companys are like what we hear about on TV... There are some that make a difference and L M TOWING is one of them ... Thank you for opening my eyes and changing my views regarding towing companys.
