The day the installers arrived, they came into our home with smiles and eager to get the job done! They rolled out the flooring for us to inspect it prior to the installation. They went over the process and what needed to be removed and possible liabilities if any. We had two bathrooms with new flooring within hours. The installers cleaned up very thoroughly and the flooring looks great! I would recommend Brent's 100%!

Years ago we had our bathroom tile done by Brents and we have been very pleased with the outcome.Just recently we hard wood floors and new blinds installed and we were again very happy with the service. We plan on using them again when it comes time to put new rugs in the bedrooms. Keep up the good work!

Humberto and his team along with Don,Elizabeth and Ben made a somewhat painful process as good as it could possibly be! The entire experience was wonderful and we couldnt be happier with the results!

Brent's has done all of the flooring replacement throughout entire house over the years! They have always sent us professionals who know what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves, were polite and courteous and did a great job with every bit! We have had tile, hard wood installed and laminate flooring installed. They worked with us to fit our budget. All the products used are very high quality. We highly recommend Brents.

David went out of his way to make sure a solution was found. I

had 10 stairs that I needed carpeted for a spiral staircase. He

immediately took me to the back to find an inexpensive remnant and

followed up with a great price and even better service. I have used

them before and they always do a great job.

I have had floors installed in three different homes over the past ten years. Brent is great! He and Ben made sure everything was clear from the very beginning. Amazing installed and professional office staff. A++++ all around.

I just had another installation done by Brent's Carpet One and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They were able to match the wood flooring from the previous job, as we wanted to extend it to the living room and dining room. You would never be able to tell they were installed 5 years apart. We also had the rest of the house recarpeted. The installers for both projects did a wonderful job and I sincerely appreciated all of their hard work. Very courteous and respectful. David, our salesman, was very patient with me as I tried to decide on the right color. He also worked with us on pricing and gave us a great deal. I would truly recommend looking at Brent's for any flooring needs.

I was very happy with the job they did. Brent's crew was very nice and friendly along with doing a good job. They re-carpeted almost the entire house and did it in one day. They made the steps look so nice. Brent came out to measure everything. He also suggested that I didn't need to change the laminate floor in the kitchen so that saved us money. I would use them again and would certainly recommend them.

Competitive pricing and great selection. More focused process than going to a Home Center. Overall, got in, got what we wanted, and got out. Installation held no surprises. Would recommend.

I love this place. I was able to let my kids play in their playroom allowing me to shop for the flooring I needed. They have great installers and resolve any issue with speedy service.
