Provided by YP.comFirst off ,They gave me discount repair (about 50%) even though it was well beyond the warranty (and many miles) from a rebuild three years ago. Then when I was traveling out of state, the transmission went wonky and I was unable to continue. I spoke with Rich from Monroe's (Newcastle) and he assured me they would make it right. (i was distraught and almost bought a vehicle) I tried to get a transmission shop in the greater Spokane Washington area to do the repairs, not where able to even look at it.. I was on a vacation and had to rent a vehicle and then a truck and trailer to bring it home.
Monroe repaired my vehicle immediately and fully reimbursed my for the rentals! (big bucks)
That would not have happened if I was dealing with big chain store!
