I truly love this hardware store. I am always greeted by a group of knowledgeable employees who know their store inside and out and are able and willing to offer tips on most any home improvement topic.

Always have what I need. Staff is always willing to help and very friendly. Better selection of fasteners than any big box store.

I can completely relate with the other reviews. The management in this store is completely rude. My father and i were shopping and overheard the boss say to watch us. We were shopping for screws, is this place serious? Its just a matter of time before their driven out by the big stores.

They are so unprofessional as far as the management treating the employees rudely and talking down to them it is sickening. They make no effort to act professional and management does not assist with any customers as if they are too good to actually work. Not someplace I would want to be working nor give my business to.
