I do repairs and upgrading to residential properties. From installing door knobs to double entry doors or replacing the garbage disposal These are my 3R's........ My job is to repair or replace or refinish anything needed by my client and to do it professionally. I do high quality work and I do it right. I inspect the job for potential problem areas. I mask off and tarp the area. I demo the old and install the new. I paint/ refinish and clean up everything before I go.

I Live in Las Vegas and have a rental home in Thousand Oaks. I called a large Thousand Oaks plumbing contractor to look at my water heater. The plumbing contractor told me that I needed a new water heater and that they would replace it right away for $1200.00 dollars. I wanted a second opinion and I found TO Handyman online. I was impressed with his website http://www.askfredsherma.... He went to my rental property to look at the water heater. He found that the pressure relief valve needed to be replaced and that the water heater was just fine . He charged me 127.00. Fred has earned my respect for being honest. The tenent was happy with his work and I will be calling him for any future repairs. Thanks Fred

Fred is the best service guy ever. He can fix anything and do a great job of it.

He's done so many jobs over the last few years for us he's like one of the family.

I would recommend him to anyone.
