I didn't even do business with them. When I called to ask a question, before going down there, they answered the phone by saying "hello" instead of stating the company name. I thought I had misdialed and reached someones residence. So I asked "is this Royal Medical Supply sir?". The man yelled in my ear "who is this?" I said "sir, I just need to know if I dialed correctly." He yelled so loud, my husband asked me to hang up the phone, he heard the man himself yell at me, "tell who this is, Ma'am!!!"

I don't know why he bothered with the Ma'am part. A friend then called up and gave a name and had it confirmed I called the right place. He screamed at her to "hurry up and ask your question, I haven't got all day."
