the landlord is awful and uses intimidation tactics to get people to do things. she also very much abuses her authority, and the rent is very expensive. the units are not super low qaulity upon first look but be prepared for doors to fall off hinges and, bad half assed remodels. oh and get ready to pay over a grand for it a month.
