PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I drove across the state to see and possibly make an offer on a house in Newaygo Mi. I was a cash buyer and had the proof of funds to prove it. My realtor had car problems but the Remax realtor listing the house agree to show me the house. She rushed me through the house and then tried to show me another house she had for sale for $10,000 MORE than the for sale sign in the yard had stated. I was like "WHAT THE HECK!" I did like the original house and wanted to make an offer right away but my contractor told me to take pics of the basement foundation(leaking and cracking) so he could give me a rough idea on cost to fix it. The realtor made an excuse that she didn't have time but she could show us in a half hour and excused herself. My family and I waited. She called back and said she couldn't make it and no one in the office could help me either.NOTE!!!:The house was .03 miles from the office a 2 minute drive at best!!!WOW!!!! I even contacted the owner of the Remax and shared my experience. He cared so much he did not even respond to my email. Not at all!! This place in my opinion ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY. WORST experience of my life. Worst part is that they had a sale if I could of only sent in a few pics. PROTECT YOUR FAMILY AND AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
