Watch your bill very, very closely these folks sneak in raises in their fees with no notice. I complained a few years ago when they first did it I explained if they are raising their rates they need to give a notice this time again the rate increased with zero notice just sneak in the additional amount and hope no one complains -- i called to complain and was hung up on , called back and was hung up on again -- the service they offer is no better than several others in my area they have never gone above and beyond and their customer service is a complete joke -- do yourself a favor and go to any othe the other companies in the area -- I did

Bad customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor instead of being paid for a service. I strongly recommend anyone else.

We have been customers since,like forever,and can honestly say,if a mistake was made, they rectified it immediately. They are a wonderful company to deal with,that is the reason I gave them five stars,they more than earned it after all these years of service to us.
