The service is not that good. I called today (March 31, 2009 at 10 am) asking if they take disabled garden tractors, the lady who answered the phone said she can not hear me. I said "since you can not hear me then can I talk to someone else", she said "maybe I need to talk to someone else....". Just wondering, if she has hearing problem, maybe she should find another job.
