Provided by SuperpagesI dine here regularly, especially in the summer. I take all my friends here and they all LOVE it. The atmosphere, the service, the manners, the food, the drinks...it's all amazing and worth every penny. Fantastic food at a great price. Go on a Friday or Saturday night and you will enjoy live entertainment, we once saw a mariachi band come in and do there thing all around the place. This place is always a great time whether it be a romantic dinner for two or a fun gathering between a group of friends for dinner before hitting the town for the night.

Provided by SuperpagesThrough www.glocallynewark.com's launch last month, I decided to find out if this restaurant was as good as it sounded. IT WASN'T!!! I was totally surprised when it blew my expectations and proved to be AWESOME! Fresh seafood, great meat, appetizers to die for and a beautiful ending note when we took our coffee and desert in the backyard. HOT DAMN, for a second I thought I wasn't in Newark at all and quiet frankly, I didn't want the evening to end. I can't wait to go there again, this time in a nicer day and just enjoy my friends' company in a little corner of Newark that takes you far away from the hussle and bussle. The service is slow but the outcome well worth it and the staff very pleasant, which gives you a glimpse of of European service, where no one wants to upset diggestion by going at it full speed - only us crazy Americans do that. GREAT EXPERIENCE, GREAT FOOD, GREAT PLACE TO SPEND SOMETIME WITH FRIENDS OR SIGNIFICANT OTHER!

Provided by SuperpagesMy boyfriend and I had dinner about a month ago. I agree, the service can be a bit slow.. but what can you spect? it's an European oriented restaurant. You'll getting the authentic feel of Portugal. I def. did not have any problems. The service was excellent. The menu is fresh and tasteful! even the broa and tapas are amazing...also, the menu has dishes from different regions of Portugal in comparison to the overrated "portuguese" menu like half of Ironbound's resturant offer... We had a half a bottle of Marques de Riscal reserva - 2003 for a decent price compared to retail, we didnt get scamed...overall, I loved the place... can't wait to dine in the patio - I would go back there again!

Provided by Superpagesthis is a great seafood restaurant. I had the Acorda de Marisco and it was to die for. you must call for reservations as it gets full quickly. since it is relatively new, the timing of the service as a bit slow, but the waiter was very nice and friendly. the desserts are great as well!
