we went out to get ashes on ASH WEDNESDAY and wanted some breakfast. So, we noticed this diner on our way to church. On the way back we stopped. I am not one to wait for a table(NO restaurant is worth waiting for a table). So, I told me wife I am not waiting. BUT we were able to find two seats at the bar. They were cooking food right on the other side of the glass!
The entire crew worked like a well-oiled machine. And to see the WHOPPING servings on every plate made my mouth water! Before we were even out of our coats a waitress came by and asked if we wanted coffee. She came back 2x to take our order but we hadn't decided.
When we did decide and placed our order we sat and talked to the customers on both sides of us as we waited for the food and watched the crew machine working in complete unison on the other side of the glass.
We both ordered the crab benedict dish and IT WAS HUGE serving. AND DELICIOUS!!! I have nothing to say about this place EXCEPT FOR 5 STAR compliments!
The chef even has a GREAT name--Tim!!!!
We will definitely make this a regular eatery for us. I would love to try their lunch ......and dinner menus!!
I have already mentioned the restaurant to at least 5 people, already!
