this apartment complex is old and the floors are very nosy. If you move there you will not be able to sleep because of the creaking noise!

Pathetic place I am justbstrucj because of my lease...below are the problems in the apartment

1) Pest - Some of the apartment have heavy pest problem.Inspire of several pest control treatment there is no improvement.

2) Poor maintenance - It takes multiple calls and followup for any maintence work to be done.

3) Rude office staff - The office staff is harsh n rude.They never care about the residents comfort.

4) Gym/tennis court both r not complete functioal.Gym has machines nots working and tennis courts have no nets..

I would never recommend anybody.

Beware. This is one of the worst community i have lived in my entire US stay. They have cheated me in many ways and have not got my $500 refundable deposit back. Its been 7months.

Fairly quiet neighborhood. Currently renovating most apartments which look very nice (not mine because i got a discount) and from what I hear raising rent in the near future. I am a current resident, my location backs up to a fenced off pond and woods which is nice, however, the people in the office are fairly unprofessional and unorganized at times, maintenance is retarded and you have to ask them multiple times to do something, and when they finally do it, it's half-arsed. Also have reason to believe theft occurred from maintenance (from my coin savings) but am not sure, which, if I even have to question it, is messed up to begin with, and my carpet was stained at time of move-in, and doors creak excessively. Moving out as soon as my lease is up! If that's what you are looking for in an apartment, you're in luck! And i am not angry right now, I'm actually in a very good mood today.

This place is a disaster!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
