I have been dealing with Auto Equity Loans on Churchman's Road in Newark, DE for about a year now and have had nothing but GREAT experiences with them in refinancing my loan and making payments. The representatives are so helpful and nice - other businesses representatives should take some tips from their customer service so they can also treat their customers so wonderful. I can't recommend them enough to anyone who needs extra cash. This place is the best title loan company I have ever done business with! I've gone to a bunch of other places before finding Auto Equity Loans and let me tell you, they have the LOWEST rates around. I just took out my loan in December. I wasn't prepared to make my payment in Jan considering I had spent too much on Christmas gifts, but the best part is that this company was willing to work with me rather than just taking my car. This shows that they actually care about their clients which is why I would never even think about getting a loan out anywhere else. Thank you!

What a great place! My friend recommended refinancing with Auto Equity Loans and im so glad i did. They charged me half the interest Capitol Title loans charged me! There were no hidden fees and they were very throughout with explaing the contract and the terms. I would definitely recommend coming here over the other guys!

This company was hands down the best title loan company out of all of the ones I contacted for quotes. I ended up going with Auto Equity Loans and my interest rate was 10%. They gave me the option of my repayment plan and I chose 12 months. My credit isnt the best and I was declinedfor a loan by my local bank, and had no luck getting credit card account limits extended. I am thankful I had this option and even more thanful for this company. It's nice knowing I have an option for borrowing money in these hard times. An option that isnt going to take advantage of me.
