Specifically, it can relieve tendinitis and other injuries which develop over time, in addition to low back pain, muscle strains and tendon sprains. Ear Candling, also known as Ear Coning, is a natural technique which is often used for large amounts of ear wax, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), headaches and migraines, temporomandibular joint disfunction (TMJ), etc. A Massage For Fitness is conveniently located in the beautiful upper Pike Creek hills of suburban Newark, Delaware. We have been in business since January 2005. Donna is a nationally Board-Certified, Delaware-Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified in Advanced Myofascial Techniques, and a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner. It is a home massage studio, open with varying hours six days a week, by appointment only, as we cannot take walk-ins.
