Usually I dont write review even if service is not good. But it is must to write review for reveal saloon of Newpark mall, ca

I went for waxing and facial and threading

They have too too slow service. Even in 2.5 hrs they were not able to complete service.

Noone asked which facial i need. They have only one fruit facial and assumed I need same. Noone told me abt it. No steam for face. If you ask they will give hot towel. Facial massage is minimal.

Then about waxing. It took 1 hrs for legs and all incomplete. When I asked manager aboutt it she defended her team and said you are saying because you dont want to give money.

It is very bad experience and I will never recommend to anyone.
