Speedy service and a reasonable rate but these cab drivers will NOT STOP TALKING ON THEIR CELLS!!! most do not place the phone up to their ears but shout into a bluetooth over the radio (which is almost always loudly playing spanish music) or they'll actually use speakerphone! Very rude behavior and disruptive.
