Avoid Siddhartha Nadkarni. The “care” provided was so poor and did not conform with appropriate or acceptable standards of care. This led to three opened State investigations for serious violations of State and Federal law. Two from the NY State health department OPMC, and one by the NY Insurance Commissioner for improper billing practices. That investigation was referred by the Attorney General’s Office.
