Just had the most beautiful cabinetry work done all around our kitchen by NYKB. Found the all round service very friendly and professional. They came to measure up initially to work out costs which was really handy- got to see colours and different design choices explained. We chose a laminate finish and the end results look exceptional. The cabinets are quality products and the laminate makes it very easy to maintain and keep clean. Thinking of doing the bathroom at the end of the year

I purchase and restore craftsman homes for a living, but one area I always need help with is the kitchen. I talked to a friend of mine, and they recommended NYKB. I called up NYKB to see what kind of work they did and what their pricing was like, and was surprised when they offered to come out to the house and give me a free consultation and estimate. I had the representative from NYKB come out the next day, and they showed up on time, which is rare for contractors! The contractor walked through what he thought would be best for the kitchen to keep with the classic feel of the home, and sketched out some ideas on paper. The guy then went back to the NYKB office and within about two hours sent me a copy of the layout we had talked about. I'm all for a quick and painless process, so I hired NYKB on the spot and they had my craftsman kitchen finished up in no time. NYKB allowed me to get top dollar for my restoration project, and I will definitely be working with them again!

NYKB renovated my kitchen and di 2 full bathroom remodeling. The service was complete and did not disturb me. results were fantastic and I am really enjoying my new manhattan remodeling more than six months later. They definitely deserve the five stars!

I recently contracted New York Kitchen & Bath do redo my master bathroom. I love it! I could not have been happier with the transformation. They were able to take my old out-dated bathroom and turn it into a contemporary and luxurious master bathroom. They have great design ideas, and the communication with them was wonderful, they let me know everything they needed to do upfront so there were no surprises later on. The best part about NYKB is that they do it all. I didn't have to contract a separate company for plumbing or electrical because they do it all! They did the entire remodel from top to bottom in a timely manner, and it looks fantastic! I will definitely contract NYKB to do my kitchen in the future. This company does great work. If you are looking for the ultimate experience while redoing your kitchen or bathroom, look no further, this is it.

"We recently renovated our two bathrooms and walked away very happy with both service and quality that NYKB provided. I must say that renovations are never easy breezy, requiring your time, patience and flexibility. That's why it was so important to us to be working with the right team. It all started with high quality designer Meirav, who spent 20-30 hours with us working on both design and picking the actual materials. She was always available after our initial few meetings as we came up changes to our plans. It was invaluable to have the designer's perspective to make sure everything fits together, both size wise and stylistically.

Once the project started NYKB assigned a project manager who would visit our apartment almost everyday to ensure the project was done properly. He would then constantly update me on status and any issues that popped up.

NYKB also did a great job managing our building's management ensuring everything was done to satisfy their picky requirements, including dealing with insurances, architects, working within allowed hours, etc.

The project was finished maybe a week later than originally promised, which was very impressive for a project of this size. We are extremely happy with our bathrooms and the experience NYKB provided.

Finally NYKB continued to deliver on their promises including quickly responding to our warranty calls. Perry Hiiman, the owner, has demonstrated that he stands up for his reputation and brand and will do everything in his power to exceed customer's expectations.

Wow, I wanted a new sink and they showed me the luxurious selections they carried and I easily went for a Kohler sink that cost me dearly, but worth every penny. They are truly professional and listened to my needs. If I had more $$$ I would probably renovate my whole bathroom as well! Highly recommended, and accessible in the Union Square area.

One Stop Shop For Home Renovation", that is what convinced me to employ NYKB to renovate the kitchen in my Upper East Side home. Within 15 minutes of entering NYKB's showroom and speaking with their designer, I was convinced that NYKB was the way to go with my kitchen renovation. It was a process that began with a design presentation. Upon choosing the design, I liked best, we moved on to purchase fixtures. Permits needed to be obtained as well as submitting the proper paperwork to my building. Demolition began and finally the installation of my new custom designed kitchen and counter top was complete. The process was not perfect, but Perry Hiiman and his team of designers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and expediters lived up to every challenge and fulfilled all my expectations to complete my new kitchen. To add to our satisfaction, I called Perry personally after four years from the time of the completed kitchen renovation to repair a broken hinge on one of the cabinet doors and Perry responded within one day! Thank you Perry & NYKB Staff!"

NYKB installed a shower enclosure for my son in 2007. When I visited him, I noticed that the water was somehow getting out and puddling on the floor. So I called NYKB to ask if I could purchase another silicone for the door, thinking that the water was coming through the gap between the strip and the door. Mia, who was very agreeable, looked up my son's original contract and said she would look into my request and get back to me. She called me later in the day and offered to send a representative to my son's apartment to look at the stripping and fix the problem, at no charge. She even asked me when i would like the rep to come. Mia emailed me later in the day that the rep would come the very next day. The rep came as promised and inspected the silicone strips, diagnosed the problem, and suggested a solution. He then replaced the strip on the bottom of the door with a new improved design strip and sealed it with silicone as well as replacing the silicone seal on another part of the enclosure. After allowing the silicone to dry, as instructed, I took a shower and was delighted to find the problem 99% solved. I say 99% only because the slope and shape of the top of the tub wall does not allow water to flow inward and into the tub. So, to keep the water that has puddled on the top of the tub wall from falling onto the floor, when I open the door after a shower, I quickly scoop the water into the tub. I am very happy with the solution that NYKB implemented and am impressed with their customer satisfaction commitment even though they installed the enclosure 6 years ago. I should also say that the enclosure itself including the door hinges are all still in excellent shape."

I can t say enough about Perry and his crews as they managed to not only get the whole job done in time for my guests arrival, but did a great job including working around a hidden surprise in the walls while removing bathroom fixtures. They not only arrived on time, but went the extra mile giving the job a real personal touch. I would definitely use NYKB again and will recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

Highly recommended. NYKB did a great job in redoing my bathroom from the design and right through the construction. I have a small space and yet somehow it came out looking really spacious. The staff were friendly(mostly!) and the work was really professional, I am usually quite a critical person but I was really pleased with the job!
