Provided by YP.comWe hired Maalouf Ashford & Talbot to represent us in a large joint venture with a Hong Kong company. It was complicated and the Chinese were difficult to deal with but once John Maalouf came in he took care of everything, he knew how to negotiate with the Chinese (we got a better deal then we ever imagined possible) he drafted the agreements quickly and got the deal closed and the money in our ban kaccount quickly and painlessly.
