There are other companies to use. here's my experience.



I called up David Michael Interiors to do a repair, that they never did and also gave them my credit card . They charged my card even though they never did the work, they wouldn't give me a refund. Then after some pressing, they offered me back half.



I was going to go through the trouble of filing complaints, but after some consideration, I just called my Credit Card company and explained what was going on.



Thankfully they assured me that I would not be charged and they would not get my money.



Now I believe that this is not a company you can trust.



That's' not a good way to do business. Even if they do quality work , which they may, can they be trusted???



For anyone considering doing business with this company, I would say, don't give them cash or check, because they will never give that back and if you do give them a credit card authorization, be sure to have a good relationship with your bank.



Then if they do to you what they tried to do to me, at least you'll get your money back.



Home improvement is hard enough when your dealing with honest people.



I know I wouldn't use them again.
