Robbery and High Prices

ROBBERY! After pre-paying Gracie Mansion Cleaners for my laundry, they charged me an extra $20.00 to get it back because it had a "blanket." For a year and a half I have brought Gracie Mansion Cleaners the same blankets over and over again and now suddenly, there's a $20 extra charge.



Do NOT pre-pay them for ANYTHING. Matter of fact, RUN do not walk from this brick and mortar house of thievery. No more do I have to forgive them for all those missing shirts and towels : )



There are much better and cheaper laundry and cleaning services on the Upper East Side (UES) of New York, than Gracie Mansion Cleaners.
