As I prepare to depart the East End I write to thank you again for your great kindness and consideration for all you did to speed production of the dresser I purchased mid-month and arrange to have it delivered prior to my departure. As my mother and I observed to you, we are long-time satisfied customers of your Gothic Cabinet Craft but want you to know that the customer care you have shown further strengthens our commitment to your company and we will be sure to return to you for all our future furniture needs.

I felt compelled to write a letter to you after my incredible experience at your factory. Ive been working with George on my bedroom furniture; hes been great to work with and very patient since as an artist I am not the easiest customer. I was worried about how my piece looked so George suggested it visit the factory. Wow its amazing and then I was introduced to Chris. Chris and George clearly know their craft. I was thrilled to see how gorgeous my furniture looked. We then spoke about staining and I was shown the process by Chris. He truly made me feel even more confident that they would find the stain that would make me happy. Just thought you should know what an Asset George and Chris are to your company.

Gothic cabinet craft is packed with anything and everything wood! I recently book a great bookshelf custom finished. Reasonable prices for solid wood to last a lifetime!

I wanted to congratulate you for having Tony Stakis as an employee and most importantly being in business as long as I have lived on the East Side. Where do I begin: Tony greeted me warmly in the showroom and then described a great Murphy Bed Concept to fit into my 1899 fully molded and wood decorated home on East 83rd Street. He immediately satisfied me when he adjusted the final price in a very small manner to compete with a Web Murphy Bed Site. Wow when he measured for the bed in my home he fit in a queens size bed and even matched my home molding. Then Tony Stakis installed it on time and realized that the bed needed some more molding to link it to the wall better as my home from 1899 vintage really is not square. The installers were great, timely, and neat. I'll be a free spokesperson for you. Thanks for running a great company and THANK YOU TONY STAKIS.

Just wanted to let you know you did a great job packaging and everything arrived fine. I am thrilled with the quality and workmanship. Finishing up with polyurethane and it looks great.

I've been buying from Gothic since 1995 and recently bought a king bed,headboard,mattress and lingerie chest. I'm pleased, as always, with everything. People have said the prices are high, but you get good, quality merchandise for the money. I only got rid of the bed from 1995 because we wanted a bigger bed. The old bed wasn't broken, etc and we slept well in it. Also, had my daughter buy her daughter a bed from there also.

We have a few pieces from here, and they have a great selection. Highly practical, durable, and great looking wooden furniture. If you like that cheap, compressed wooden stuff you shouldn't go here. The prices are reasonable here
