EmailEstablished in 1975 Dharma East is a premiere yoga school in New York City. All levels of classes are offered seven days a week by Sri Dharma Mittra's certified senior level teachers. We also offer a children's yoga program, workshops, retreats, and community donation classes.

Provided by YP.comI'm from Barcelona (Spain) and I have recently been in NYC for 2 weeks an took yoga classes with Sri Dharma Mittra and his teachers and I can say it was an amazing experience. In the physical aspect, it's a deep and complete class. Furthermore, Dharmaji always stresses the espiritual foundations that lay behind every yoga practice, and I think that is a basic teaching that helps me to be happier.
I wish I could take those classes every week!
Absolutely advisable.
