I came from California to shop at this quilt store. I have purchased from them on-line before. But I discovered not having to deal with the shop in person is much better than the actual shopping experience. I have always found quilt stores to be engaging and creative. NOT HERE! This quilt shop does not know what customer service is. I was never asked if I needed help as I was holding up swatches to bolts. I was given lip service for pulling bolts from the wall and leaning them up against the fabric wall. I was called out for leaving bolts of fabric on the cutting table and not standing by them at all time. And I hope they don't have to call a man up for below to help. He can't be bothered....What a grouch. I live in California and went to visit my son whom lives in Hoboken. I had a budget set to spend. I spent $200.00 because I found fabric which I really liked and had not seen before. If I had received any customer service at all, I would have spent a lot more. They might want to engange in some customer service training. I have never encounter such a rude group in all my fabric shopping day. I will go back to NYC to visit my son but I will never go back to this quilt shop....too rude for me.
