I am a new client to laser skin treatments and was quite nervous about going forward with them, however my consultation was very thorough and informative so I ended up purchasing a few packages. My treatments have been going great, I even received a phone call after my first treatment. The girls at blc body boutique made it a great experience and I will recommend this clinic to my friends.

It has been 6 weeks since getting a Coolsculpting treatment here and can I just say WOW! From the moment I stepped inside the clinic I was greeted with warm and welcoming staff. I met with the clinic manager Tatiana for a complimentary consultation regarding my stubborn belly fat and love handles. After answering all of my questions and concerns she was able to fit me in for a treatment the same day. The technicians performing the treatment made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire stay. They walked me through the treatment step by step to settle my nerves and then continued to check up on me throughout the treatment to ensure I was doing alright. After the treatment was complete I went home with little to no pain. The staff called a few days later to check up and see how I was doing. I'm almost at the two month mark and can already see a significant difference in the areas I treated. I cant wait to visit the clinic again and see my final results in a few weeks. Friendly and knowledgable staff, central location, and top of the line treatments. Highly recommended.

THE CLINICIAN THERE (BLC BODY BOUTIQUE) TOOK ME TO HER OFFICE WHEN I ARRIVED.
ALTHOUGH I TOLD THEM SEVERAL TIMES THAT I DO NOT WANT ANY TREATMENT AND ALL I NEED IS TO KNOW WHAT OPTIONS THEY HAVE.

THE CLINICIAN INSISTED THAT SHE MUST SEE MY BODY FIRST.
SHOWING HER MY BACK WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR HER.

AND SHE INSISTED THAT I SHOULD SHOW HER MORE PARTS OF MY BODY.

SHE INSISTED THAT I MUST LOWER MY PANTS AND UNDERWEAR. SAYING; SHOW ME SHOW ME SHOW ME.

AND AFTER I DID THAT I DISCOVERED THAT THERE WAS A CAMERA JUST RIGHT BEHIND ME.

WHEN I WAS SHOCKED! AND I ASKED HER HOW COME???

SHE TOLD ME THAT THE CAMERA IS ACTIVE, AND I AM RECORDED... JUST FOR A SECURITY REASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


I TOLD HER THAT SHE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT. AND I HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW THAT I'M BEING RECORDED!!!!!


AFTER SHE SAW THAT I AM ANGRY, SHE PROMISED THAT SHE WILL TALK TO THE MANAGER TO DELETE THE VIDEO AND SHE WILL EMAIL ME THE NEXT DAY.

IT IS BEEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS, AND I DID NOT RECEIVE THAT EMAIL.


THEY IGNORED ALL THE LETTERS THAT MY LAWYER SENT THEM ASKING THEM TO DELETE THE VIDEO.
