Provided by SuperpagesARROGANT, STINGY and RUDE!!! DON'T EVER CONSIDER USING NYSS!!I had the most unpleasant experience ever with one of the managers at this company. Some of my items were kept in a box provided by the storage facility. When I went to this facility to get my items removed (as I was moving to CA) and after spending over $2,000 Danny told me I would have to pay an additional $20 if I wanted to take with me the shabby, broken and re-used carton box they had put my items in.I asked him to consider charging me a smaller amount as $20 is what it costs him to buy a new one and, with a lot of interruptions, he ended up saying that it was my fault because I was not moving with his company and that $2,000 is nothing for the business that he makes.I can't believe how RUDE the service in this place is. If I could I would give 0 stars!!
