Provided by YPmobileToo busy to help customers. no clear place to go or way to sin up to get help. They expect you to wander around begging. When I called to complain the woman jus kept talking over me reminding me they have hundreds of other customers. She didn't even give me a chance to explain that what I would want is some clear and logical way to get in line to get helped, not that I am upset that they Are busy. The whole thing is offensive. You are supposed to want to just hang out there all night. They are oblivious and rude.
