The staff is very customer friendly. It doesn't seem like a large company so you get one on one attention.
They gave me a discount since I have used them before.
All employees were extremely professional and very hard working.
They made my move a breeze!!! I have no hesitation about using them in the future or referring them to friends.

I contracted them for my move to NYC from MD.
On TIME, Movers used bubble wrap, quilt for breakable items,
They had everything I needed for a very rational charge.
The moving crews finished within half of the time that I thought it'd take.
The pick-up and drop off the boxes was on time. I
really appreciated their time consciousness.
Overall the service was great.

We moved from NJ to TX last month. First off the move cost WAY (3 x as much) more than the estimate we were given, despite me filling out their inventory sheet to help with getting an accurate estimate, but OK, I understand that it can be difficult to guesstimate things so we make the thousands extra $ happen. Also be aware they expect a 15% tip on top of their inflated final fee.



Out furniture was supposed to arrive on the 13th July. No calls from them last week so I chased up and was told things would arrive early this week. Ok, not what we had been told but things happen so we try to be understanding. Now we are told maybe the beginning of next week!!! Ace are not even handling the delivery.....a 3rd party is.



So we will be sitting here in a totally empty apt for almost 2 weeks? I'm 5.5 months pregnant and very stressed now because it is somehow taking almost 3.5 weeks for our stuff to get from NJ to TX

I had a move from Queens NY to Charlotte NC. They even have fake reviews. DONT TRUST THEM.These guys are LIARS and theives NEVER USE THEM they will scam you. They lied and said they do pick up and drop off which is a lie. They use a 3rd party to deliver your stuff. They lie about their coupon to get you to sign up and their mover beg for a tip which is just annoying. They gave us a coupon for $100 off then negated it for no reason. The drop off mover wouldnt give me my stuff without paying $100 extra. RUN FROM THESE IDIOTS FAST.

They were friendly, professional and very careful with my belongings and my walls.



They made sure to assess my space and asked me many questions to ensure they understood what I wanted done with my furniture



. They were timely, worked hard and We were extremely happy with the service we received!

These guys are serious pros and also the kindest movers I have ever hired.

I was recommended by a client from Google for an east coast to west coast move. I was highly disappointed. I received a quote of about $2800 including packing and 425 square ft of things. I would up doing all of the packing myself and got rid of my kitchen table. The movers arrived and told me I actually had 650 square ft of things and my new estimate was $650 square feet. This was a joke because the apartment I was moving out of was 550 square ft. I asked for extra packing on the one piece of furniture I brought my soft leather couch. When my things arrived in LA I had them put them into a storage unit. a 100 square foot storage unit. The movers removed all the packing from my couch and through a ton of boxes and outdoor chairs on top of my soft leather couch. The couch needless to say was completely scratched up and ruined. When I asked them to wrap it back up they said no. I asked for my tip back and the driver said what tip claiming I never gave him one. I called Diane to complain but haven't heard back. I will never use them again and I would not recommend them. I will be letting the person that recommended them know as well.

I moved few times before with different moving companies, but this move with Ace moving was an excellent experience, everything went fast and smooth. I’m very happy with the choice I made!

I've moved many times and NY moving companies are generally a nightmare but this company is amazing. Definitely the best company around. Will use again in the near future.

They exceeded our expectations. Move went very smoothly, they were quick and careful and patient when asked to move furniture in different places. they were all very professional and courteous. Price was reasonable and lower than they had estimated.
