if you are looking for a friendly family business where you are put first , this is the place. I visited for the first time yesterday to sell some old gold jewelry . The owners explained the process to make sure I was an informed customer. Definetly an A+ business . I was not pressured to buy anything . I will be back again . If you are looking for Jeweler . I recommend Cowans.

The place to go!

After searching for the perfect place to get a quality piece of jewelry, my husband and I found Cowan's in New Windsor. The service and personal attention are second to none. Jeff and his wife Denise are friendly and honest. They take the time to make sure you get what you want, for a fair price. We picked up my custom ring and were astounded at how beautiful it was, and at the care and effort that went into making it. They get my highest rating all across the board!
