Night time shift if ridiculous. My grandmother has dementia and Alzheimer's and has thrown up 3 times in the 2 nights she's been here. When I'm holding the trashcan while she pukes in it 3 of them just stare at me and then walk away. I was accused of sneaking her water and tonight talking crap about a nurse by their "concierge". Needless to say my nanny has sat here waiting to go to sleep (for her meds) for 2 hours now. This is the most ridiculous place I've ever seen.

A DUMP !!! Not even 1 picture on the website is from the actual place !!
