NO STARS, had to give 1 just to leave review...Horrible customer service and experience from the lady that answers the phone. Lets just say if this was the last place on earth to get windows or mirrors I would definitely go without. She was upset with me cause she had two names for me and they could not have that then my email didn't match my name and most don't, and I quote " fine I will send the quote to email _______ " and click she hung up on me and here it is almost a week later and I have yet to receive quote via my email. Thanks but no thanks, good luck and I can't believe how they are still in business or how anyone would consider doing business with this company.

We had a glass emergency on July 20th.
Our glass in our kitchen door cracked like mosaic.
Our called numerous places android most of them said they couldn't come out possibly until Monday.
Then I called New Smyrna Glass and Design.
Talked to Kirk.
He came to our house the same day.
Ordered what we needed on Thursday, and was here Friday afternoon installing it.
The 2 young men did a great job.
Kirk was awesome!
In the future we want to replace some windows and we will not hesitate to calling Kirk at New Smyrna Glass and Design.
And very happy to support a local company!
