I recently bought a higher end dishwasher from Murphys Appliance because they represented to me it was a special price and promotion and had been selling for $300 more prior. I trusted them and bought it. Less than 24hrs later, I see the exact same machine in another store for $100 less. I immediately called the owner. He would do absolutely nothing for me and told me I bought the machine and that was that. Customer Service? Non Existent! I asked if at least he would split the difference with me. Again, Absolutely, NO, he answered. Wow, and I thought the customer was king. At Murphys Appliance, there is no customer service. They do not care if you buy another appliance from them again. BEWARE if you buy here. A disappointed buyer.
