Jim Coomber built an elevator shaft for us, he and his workers were always on time and did excellent work. His price was fare - no hidden cost, and completed the job on time. His office staff, Ann was on top of paperwork, kept us informed of schedule, etc. We recommend them highly - We now consider them as "friends".

This is our second job with Coomber. We redid our kitchen a year ago, then had to renovate everything else this year due to water damage. His estimates of cost and time were very accurate, and the guys who worked in our condo were respectful, clean and competent. We found the business professional and responsive - very positive experience!

We have used Jim Coomber to build our custom home, remodel an investment, and for repair work at our business. He is easy to work with and came up with some great ideas for our construction projects. We wish he would travel to Orlando.

I have done 2 projects with Coomber Construction and must say both have been a great experience. He is extremely reliable, easy to work with, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend.
