Terrible!!! Stay away. Went with my elderly father who has been using this "rip off" joint for years. Guess my mom started the habit when she was alive! The owner, a seemingly ok guy, came out with 1 shirt and 2 pants recently dry cleaned and charged my father (who is now starting to slip) almost $30 dollars. When I asked the guy why was he charging my father so much, he went ballistic. Spittle flying fro his mouth. Eyes pinwheeling. He even came across the counter and tried to menace me. It didn't work. We got into a heated discussion in front of my pops, which reminded me - we all have choice in the shops we use. This jerk didn't have any posted rates and in retrospect was simply overcharging a good customer because he's just a bit too old to notice. So... buyer beware. I'm reporting Quaker Ridge Cleaners to the Better Business Bureau. If you're reading this review please find another shop to use. The owner of this establishment is a psycho who just might attack you for asking about his pricing. No client skills. Not nice. Unfriendly. Rude. Actually nuts. And he's a ripoff! Not so much!
