SJS Mechanical from New Prague installed the furnace in my new construction home. The furnace does not work; I have NO HEAT! I've called twice, and my builder has contacted them, but they have not responded to me at all, and despite promising my builder that they would contact me, ten hours later, I have not heard a word from them. No one answers their phones and they do not return messages, even though their outgoing message says that they will respond.
