Provided by YP.coms later IIhad to put my kitty down after 15 years of unconditional companionship. That was bad enough, only I had to do it with a child in tow. They explained everything to us, and gave us all the time we needed! Dr. even followed up with a phone call to see how we (the humans) were doing. A few day's later we received a sypathy card in the mail :( tears to our eyes). They are now current vet to the newest member of our family.
