I just moved from Key Largo and changed agents and went to Kim Brust. BIG MISTAKE! The feeling I had was she just wants to take my money and refuse to work. On top of that, her customer service was TERRIBLE and there was a dog in her office! It was a very unpleasant experience to the point that this auto insurance thing felt like a thorn on my back!
I just hang up with Ed Burke at Mike Peters office and IT WAS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY! Ed was very professional, highly knowledgeable, empathetic, and was able to accommodate and answer any questions I had. His customer service was SUPERB! I was relieved and very impressed with Ed's knowledge. Obviously, they care about their clients and the level of professionalism is up to par with my expectations. I always believe that the success of a business starts from the top. The Owner. The Thorn on my back is gone! I think that Ed and Mike Peters office should be commended and my trust with State Farm has been renewed. Thank you so much.
