My dress alterations took longer than what was promised. At no point did anyone tell me alterations had to be paid in cash. It was on a sign that was behind another sign. When I went to get my dress the lady who was helping me was extremely rude and unprofessional (fought with me like she was a teenager) when I tried to pay with a card. Even though the two other times I was supposed to get my alterations I was never told to bring cash. In the end they didn't fix everything that needed to be fixed. And for someone who was paying around 600 dollars for there services the lady's costomer service was horrible. I will make sure to not go to them for any further services.

Maria's Bridal Connection has been wonderful to work with for my friend's wedding. I was in a few weddings prior to the wedding in November, and this affected when I could order and have my dress delivered from Maria's Bridal Connection. They were very patient, respectful and helpful every step of the way. They checked in with me regarding any decision to my bridesmaid dress, and made very helpful suggestions. I live in Dallas, and they have eased my mind every step of the way! I would recommend this shop to anyone! You will not regret it!
