Do not recommend this location. I was charged 150 dollars more a month later because they stated returned rental car was dirty wih dog fibers. No dog was ever in this rental car. Manager appears to have an attitude problem, originally tried to get me to rent a more expensive car, i did not, so he turned in this 150 dollar bogus charge a month later. They went ahead and saved credit card information, applied charges a month later. I refuse to rent from Budget again, after renting from them for the past 10 years.

Horrible experience. Reserve the vehicle... Pay $100 up front to reserve... get to the location... the car isn't there for an hour and a half. When it arrives is when they run your credit. I have a 600 credit score ( not the best ) but certainly not the worst. I only wanted a car for 24 hours... and have my own full coverage insurance. What's the deal? They tell me there is a problem with my equifax score... I cannot rent through them. Here I am 8 days after making the reservation... Still no full refund. I went to enterprise the same day with no problems, got a nicer vehicle and it was 30 bucks cheaper. Customer service is a 1800 number overseas call center. Press one for english to be directed to someone you can't understand, and have to feel rude by asking for someone else because you honest to god cannot understand them. Horrible... and I will be using enterprise for all my rentals from now on
