I went into the store and left them my phone to put a battery in it. They put a battery in and it worked for about a day or two then died. I returned the phone to them and they could not fix the phone. They told me to come into the store and get a full refund. I misplaced the receipt and just found it. Now the owner says he will only give half of my money back. I want my electronics to still work after a battery is installed. Also if the battery that is sold to me did not work and it was returned . I should get a refund.

The people there are awesome. Went to get my phone battery replaced, it took under ten minutes and price was very reasonable, along with great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone

Best place. Helpful and knowledgeable. Had battery for my cell phone in Stock that Sprint doesn't carry. Got a better car battery than other stores sold at better price. They even installed my batter in my car in the rain.

Read the only review on here and feel not a fair rating. Went to this location for my fathers scooter batteries. Walked in and told the man I needed two. He asked me if I had tested them which I said they aren't working. He connected them to a machine and told me I didn't need batteries at all. It was actually my charger. The guy saved me 160 bucks! Thanks B+!

I'm disappointed in quality of battery I purchased for my cell phone.

Old battery held charge for only two days at a time - and I only talk on cell, nothing else.



Purchased and paid a lot of money for a supposedly new cell phone battery that performs as badly as the old battery.



Tried it for a month - I wanted to return it and get EXCHANGED for new battery that would work, and they refused.



I did not want my money back, only asked for an exchange because it is behaving same as old battery.



They will not even make an exchange, so THAT STORE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL!!



And when I initially purchased the battery from them, I told them old one holds a charge only two days - if they consider a battery to hold a charge for two days a properly working battery, then why did they sell me a battery that is doing the exact same thing as an old battery???

They are interested in only your money, no morals and helping you to save some money...



Do not trust this store - I think their products are substandard.



Pay the money and go to a proper cell phone store to get your battery, and for that matter for any other battery you might need.



Judging by what I went through, I believe this battery may be cheapo knock-off that you can probably purchase at a flea market for half the price!!!
