I called US Air Conditioning about a property that I manage and they said they would arrange with the tenant and come out in the early afternoon. At 2:00 pm the tenant called and asked if anything was going to happen as she hadn't been contacted yet. I called US Air back and they told me that they were not willing to do the work because the owner couuld not be there. I AM THE PROPERTY MANAGER SO THAT THE MANAGER DOESN'T TO BE THERE!!! And why didn't they call and tell me that in the morning so that I could schedule someone else to do the work. Meanwhile, my tenant still has no air. Bottom line - you can call them, but don't expect them to actually show up.
