I don't know what type of service those two had, but I know good and honest service when I see it. I knew someone who went here to get some legal services done. The assistant was honest and straight forward. At difficult times, she is kind and understanding. The assistant will not baby anyone and will say it like it is. Call it tough love if you will. If she knows you are full of it, she will tell you. At times, when some clients cannot afford their fees, she works with them. Whoever said this law office was rude and inconsiderate, really doesn't see them the way I do.

Awful legal assistant named Christine, never helped us at all and loved to scream at us and hang up on us in our time of need after a family's members death. Also kept our money sent to them for future expenses and dumped us the next day as clients. Never treated so horribly by any firm,Christine is very unprofessional and an angry person. Please go elsewhere, I do not want someone else to suffer as I did during a death in my family!

This Attorney has a so called Paralegal who is extremly rude and thinks she knows everything about law! We never received any help from this firm regarding an estate. In fact this so called Paralegal named (Christine) never explained anything we were supposed to do during our probate, and left us hanging to fend for ourselves. The only thing they did do is demand more money from us which they received and then promptly dropped us as clients! Christine also has screamed at us on the phone and hung up on us during conversations when we were simply asking questions on what to do with our probate.They are also FAMOUS at NOT returning phone calls!! Thank goodness we found someone else with expertise and a caring attitude, I never have been treated so badly by any firm ever! I also have never had someone take my money for future expenses and drop our case the next day, and never refund our money! Take my advice please go elsewhere, I do not want anyone else to suffer what I did, especially just after a loved ones death!
