This company cannot be counted on to drop off or pick up their furniture when they say they will. I called them on Monday morning. I told them they could pick it up whenever they wanted but it was IMPERATIVE!!!!!!!!! it be picked up by Thursday. So what do they do? They schedule me for the end of the day Thursday. And then don't come pick up the furniture. I am almost physically sick at what a nightmare this is causing for me. WORST.COMPANY.EVER. Everything about them is hateful.
