My name is David Armstrong, I was in your place of business around 2:20 this evening. I’ve never been in a black establishment were as the waitresses walked by a customer and not even acknowledge his or her existence. I even asked one of the waitresses do they wait tables, she replied yes. I sat there another 10 minutes or so and I got up and left.
