We love Pack Rat! We have used them for a year now for our shipping needs. We have a mailbox there, which has helped us successfully retrieve packages. Our packages were being stolen from our porch and pack rat has saved us from that! They receive our packages and make sure that we are properly notified of their receipt. Also, because they can ship with multiple carriers they always check all of the various prices so that we have the cheapest shipping price available. On top of that, my husband has used them for his business needs including printing business cards, pamphlets, and flyers. They do an excellent job with that as well!

Very helpful and they really care about the quality of their business! I have had them do many, many thing different things for me over the years and no matter how complicated the job, it was always done well and at a very reasonable price. I totally trust that whatever I need done, it will be done to the highest standards by a helpful and knowledgeable staff. This is a great store and deserves your business over the chain stores.

what a rip-off! I went to get a document notarized, $20 cash, $25 with credit card. Call your bank, they'll do it free for their customers.

I have rented a mailbox through Pak Rat for the last few months. I receive all of my mail, and I receive it in a timely manner (which was not true when I had a box in the Quarter). The owner is extremely courteous, professional and friendly. She also goes out of her way to ensure that I can pick up my mail (even if it means staying late or coming in on a Sunday to let me in to the store!).
