I would write a zero star review if I could. After years of giving them good business they have refused to properly refund an error that was fully acknowledged by them earlier to be their error. They then refused to accept the business risk of their error, charging us - former repeat, regular customers - a restocking fee of over 67% of the value of the doors. That's $67 of fees for every $100 of business. The older guy at the Washington Avenue location was completely unprofessional and inappropriate in connection with the opportunity for them to make it right despite not being involved in the sale, the communications or having any knowledge of his firm's previous acknowledgement that the error was on their end and our correct order was submitted to them in writing. They have lost a longtime customer and I will make sure many more customers through word of mouth. I will suggest doing business with "Amazing Windows and Doors" of Metairie as a great alternative. You couldn't pay me to do business with this firm again after the way they treated this long term customer.
